The writer is entertaining, but doesn't say much of substance. The best advice she gives is to sellers, from the point of view of an agent. (Or, how to make an agents job easier.) If you're looking for a "how-to" flipping houses book, this is not it.

A very good YA book, my daughter and I are reading the series together.
There are some parts that seem to skip over obvious things, makes you think "why did they do that?" or "they forgot about the ____" But it's still an enjoyable read.

Mostly stories and not patterns.

It's an interesting book. It kept me guessing who the bad guy really was, until the very end.
