Anne Perry writes wonderful historic stories, and this is one of many "can't wait till the next page" stories with some favorite characters.

As always, Dorothy Sayers does not disappoint! Lord Peter is his most amusing self, and quite the casual sleuth. And who could ignore Bunter, his faithful servant? Great who-done it, and a challenge to figure out just who!

Great book - haven't quite finished reading it yet. Love Inspector Morse and John Thaw as he plays Morse in the BBC series. East to relate the TV actor to the book. Colin Dexter writes a good page-turner book.

As always, Dorothy Sayers keeps us guessing as to "Who did it?" This one, with Lord Peter in disguise, is especially good. Haven't quite finished it, but Lord Peter is such a great character - can't wait to finifh and discover "Who did it?"
