Good book- being that the book is comprised of two short novels, they are not as complicated as a normal Zane Grey novel. But, still a good read.

This book filled in many interesting details that the movies left out. It is well written and an easy read. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to the fairly frequent references to sex. Nothing was spelled out, but much was implied.

I loved this book. As with all of James Herriot's work, it was heartwarming and humorous.
