My Son's school was the pilot in our state to start the program and I believe it is a great thing. My son does try to live by the habits and mentions them frequently.
The school also has a Leadership Day once a year where they invite other schools to take a look and following the habits have done wonders with our kids.

This is a really powerful message told in a remarkable book. The story of the young girl Zahrah overcoming her fears and excepting herself for being different. This would be a great read for any girl coming to terms with being a teen.
