Loved loved loved this book! It is my first Laurel McKee book and it will not be my last. One of my favorite scenes was when the hero was attacked by a couple of guys in front of the heroine. Normally in romance novels the heroine stands to the side and watches the fight praying the hero doesn't get hurt(and even worse does something stupid to distract the hero). Well not this heroine. She reacts without hesitation when the man she loves is in danger. The same way we all would react if it was our man in danger! She unleashes hell! Nobody messes with her man! I cannot wait to read the next book in this series.

I loved this book. Before you judge me let me explain why...
I loved it because...
Because...
I don't even fucking know why. I just did. This book was disgusting, and crass, and vulgar, and offensive in every way a book can be offensive. No subject was taboo enough for this author to leave out of his story. Everything was made into a joke.
And yet I soaked that shit in. Soaked. It. In. And liked it.
When I first realized that there would be no quotation marks used during the dialogue I thought that would drive me crazy. But surprisingly once I got into the story it did not bother me at all. I was able to follow along just fine without them.
So anyway, there it is. This is a disgusting book and I should be ashamed of myself for enjoying it as much as I did. I should be but I'm not. Sorry not sorry.

Sweet Jeebus thank God that's finally over. I didn't think I'd ever get to the end. It was so incredibly BORING. Even when I finally got to the infamous "omg" moment it still wasn't enough to save the book. Then after the initial surprise moment it went right back to the tedious never-ending story I've come to know and loathe.

Another great one by Hoyt. I have loved every series I have read by her so far. This is book 2 in the Maiden Lane series and was a great book! I cannot wait for Silence's and Mickey's story to come out at the end of the year!

Loved this book! My favorite story was The Lovely Duckling. That story alone makes the book worth getting. My favorite kind of romances are the ones with a physically scarred hero/heroine. I love watching them go from thinking they are too ugly to love to feeling unconditionally loved. It makes my heart pitter patter :D The other 2 stories were really good too. All 3 were just hot, steamy, well written romances. I would recommend this to any lover of historical romance!

I liked this book very much. But just a couple of complaints. I am not a fan of infidelity so it took some effort to get passed that(even though they were estranged). My next complaint would be that the ending would have been better for me if the hero would have recalled a certain something about the heroine that being drunk had made him forget(I can't say exactly what without spoiling anything). It just took the impact out of it when she had to tell him at the end of the book. I don't know, I just thought it would have had more meaning if he remembered it himself.

One of my favorite books! I find myself comparing a lot of other books I read to this one. And of course they always come back lacking. So I would recommend this book to anyone!

This was my favorite of the series. I really liked the heroine Alicia, aka All-three-cia. She was hilarious and had me laughing out loud quite a few times. Her blunt honesty throughout the book was very refreshing. This was a great book and an even better series so I would highly recommend it!

How utterly disappointing. I have loved every book in this series so far and was so looking forward to Sebastion's story. It fell way short. I hated the heroine from the moment she slapped Sebastion. I have never detested a heroine as much as I did her. I had a hard time finishing the book because of that fact. Luckily the first 3 books were good enough to redeem the series. I gave this book 2 and a half stars.

Though I found this a pretty good book it is definitely my least favorite of the series so far(I haven't read Book 4 yet). For some reason I did not like the heroine for the first half of the book. She just didn't sit well with me. But luckily she finally grew on me and that allowed me to enjoy the rest of the book. I gave it 3 stars

I actually really liked this book. I wasn't sure how I would like it because I did not particularly like the first book of this series(To Taste Temptation). But I think the author redeemed herself with this book. And now I am looking forward to the next book of the series. Especially after getting a glimpse of the main characters of the next book in this book :)

Best line ever: "You may cash this draft, eat it with mung beans, or stuff it up your very nervy bum!" This book had me literally laughing out loud many times. It is a great read and I am happy I stumbled across it :)

I freaking loved this book. I loved everything about it. There are so many great YA dystopian books out there right now. But I hope this book does not get lost in the sauce. It should definitely be given a chance and I will be recommending this book to everybody I know who enjoys this genre.
