This is one of my favorite authors; however, this book isn't even close to being as good as her other books. Usually they grab you from the first page. This book was boring and very hard to get into. I had to force my way through it. Very disappointing.

I admit it, I chose this book purely because of the cover, but it actually turned out to be a good pick. I've never really been interested in Wall Street or finance or anything of that nature, so I wasn't sure if I could actually get into this book. I ended up really liking it and learned something at the same time. A fast read, I read this in a day or so. I liked the author's style and the fact that she used a lot of humor to tell the story, which I have a feeling this author used her own experience in telling this story. This is one case where it was a GOOD thing to judge a book by its cover. :)

Love this author, but this wasn't as good as her other books about the Blades. Story was okay. The Irish brogue took some getting used to as compared to her other books. Good but not great.

Just plain awful. The grammar is horrid. I don't think the author knows how to use periods or commas. Worse than the grammar is the dialogue. They call each other baby every other word. Seriously, sometimes it's several times in one sentence. Very corny. No one talks like that. One of the worst I've read for sure.

I love this series but his is the worst one I've read. I like this series because of the action and suspense. There were only a few pages of that in this one. The rest of the book consisted of the author going on and on and on about how damaged the girl was, how she had no self-confidence, how ugly she felt, and how she wasn't worthy of the Kellys. I basically skimmed most of this as it was soooo monotonous this was. Ugh...

BORNG. So repetitive with the same thing over and over and over. Unbelievable and hard to relate to. One of her lamest books yet.

I thought this was a great book. The characters were really funny. Gives you a look into a different side of celebrities and what goes on behind the scenes during Oscar week. Fast read.

This is probably one of the best books I have ever read. I love how she writes the book from the point of view of several characters so you can see the story from all sides. Excellent storyline. Really makes you think. Lots of twists. I couldn't put it down and am still thinking about it even after I finished it 2 days ago. Definitely recommend this one!!

This was a great book! I love this author. Lots of suspense. Holds your attention the entire book. Just when you think it's going one way, there's a twist!! Definitely recommend!!!

I was really disappointed with this book. The characters were extremely shallow and very hard to relate to. Adriana was too self-absorbed, Emmy too needy, and Leigh just not interesting. The strange bet they made wasn't even enough to keep me interested, a sex addict trying to get engaged, Emmy basically attempting to sleep her way around the world with strangers. Just ridiculous. The ending was strange as well, all of a sudden skipping ahead without really filling in the events leading up to it. I really loved The Devil Wears Prada, and this isn't even in the same league.

This is the sequel to Welcome to My Planet: Where English is Sometimes Spoken. These books are hilarious! The dialogue is very well written and so funny. Her relationship with her mother made me laugh out loud. I wish this author would write more!!!

Really a good story. But as much as I'm a chocolate lover myself, the constant chocolate comments got old after a while. Yes, I know that's the name of the book, but types of chocolates, how many they ate, etc., didn't have to mentioned 50 times a page. Again, the story is good though.

Very predictable. Quick read since I actually skimmed it as it wasn't very good at all. Silly conversations, no real plot, just how important this debutante ball was again and again. Characters aren't developed so you don't really come to care for any of them, though could be due to the short length of the book. Definitely not one of her best, though her newer books pale in comparison to her old ones. I can't say I recommend this one, though not as bad as Impossible was.

TERRIBLE! Extremely boring and really seemed to be about absolutely nothing. I really tried to get through it but ended up giving up, skimmed to get to the end. Depressing. Everyone in this book is unhappy and dysfunctional to the point of being ridiculous. A complete waste of time. I really wanted to like it but absolutely did not.

Very odd to say the least. Cassie is a young widow who comes to live on a ranch in the Tetons as a cook. Robbin is a movie star with mental issues and alcohol/drug problems who owns the ranch. They dance around each other for awhile, the outcome obvious, but the whole story just comes across as weird. The dialogue between the two isn't real at all. She somehow falls in love with him, tells him, but figures since he's an actor, it must be an act. He had checked himself into a mental hospital, had alcohol/drug problems, and then proceeds to try to throw away what he has with Cassie and it comes across as just plain stupid. Doesn't really make sense. It took me forever to read it and I'm extremely disappointed. Kind of a mess overall.

It was hard for me to get into this one at first with all the designer name-dropping, self-centered characters, etc. I was glad I kept going. This book is HILARIOUS. Can't wait to see what else she writes!!

I loved this book!! Definitely recommend this one! Her boss made me want to reach inside the book and slap her myself. What a witch! Can't wait to see the movie!

I loved this book! I wanted to read it before seeing the movie and thoroughly enjoyed it! Very funny - her boss is truly the devil. What an arrogant witch! I think Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep will do justice to the lead roles!
