Very thorough and helpful guide. Written by an RN, who has twins and who teaches classes just for multiple pregnencies, so she knows her stuff! Knowledge is power in this circumstance, so this and other books will prepare you for this wonderful experience.

I bought/read 9 books on multiple pregnancies, and this one was the BEST. If you only get one, this is it! The nutrition guidance I was only partially able to follow, and I still had 7 lbs twins. (each!)
