After reading the first in the Dulcie O'Neill series (written by the same author) I thought this series would also be a fun read. I was very wrong, save your money and time and read something else. The main character Jolie was unlikeable, and had the mannerisms and personality of an awkward teenager versus a 28 year old woman. The other characters aren't anything to rave over either. If you haven't read the Dulcie O'Neill series by H.P. Mallory do yourself a favor and read that series instead.
