Linda (Angeleyes) - About Me: I am the type of person who chooses quality over quantity. One well-chosen goodie is much preferred over many items. Please don't feel that you have to "fill the box" so to speak. I like dark angels, fairies, dragons and gargoyles. In particular, fairies by Jessica Galbreth or Amy Brown. Anything tye-dyed with bright colors, butterflies, frogs, rabbits and bears. Anything by Thomas Kincaide (or any artist that resembles his work). And I adore Maxine and Maxinisms, Mary Engelbreit, Calvin & Hobbes and Mickey Mouse. I love anything with an Asian theme. I am not really a girly-girl. I don't paint my nails. Don't use hair accessories. And I don't use perfumed bath and body works type things.
Books: Of course!!! Anything from my WL or RL - paperback, hardback, unpostable, ARC are all fine, I'm not picky. And they certainly can be used. No need to pay new book prices. Candles: I love jar candles, tealights and tart warmers and essential oils. Any kind. They dont have to be expensive. Some of my favorite scents are vanilla, pumpkin, patchouli, sandlewood, pine, apple and cinnamon, gingerbread, banana walnut. Always looking for Eucalyptus but can't find it anywhere. Yankee Candle Eucalyptus smells like cat pee. and Please NO strawberry, it gives me migraines. Colors: I love all of the colors in the kindergarten 8 pack of crayons (those shades) except for brown and orange. I also like hunter green and burgundy. Crafts: I am really not a crafty person and I wind up sharing all my crafty stuff with my friends so please dont spend money on scrapbooking, etc. I am learning to sew and would love any extra fabric you might have lying around. Or ric rac or any neat little notions. Credits: I can always use them. Food: Looking for jellies and jams that are not "mass produced" like Smuckers, etc. Would love apple-cinnamon, cranberry walnut, vanilla pear. Also looking for bag type soup starters/mixes - Cheddar Broccoli, Italian Wedding, Potato, Manhattan Clam Chowder. Jawbreakers, tootsie rolls, rollos and twizzlers are my favorites. Gift Cards: Jimmy Johns, Golden Corral, Bob Evans, Applebees, Ruby Tuesdays, Amazon, Walmart, Regal Cinemas, Papa Johns, Cheddars, Joann Fabric, JCP. Holiday Decorations: I don't decorate Jewelry: I have a gold charm bracelet and would love a butterfly charm. Supplies: I'd rather not receive mailing supplies. To me it's like getting a vacuum cleaner on your birthday. Yard: I've never had a yard worth decorating but now that we have a house I'd like to get it fixed up. I'd like to plant some flowers and bushes and have been looking at lawn ornaments like frogs, those little men, etc. Surprise me. Allergies: The scent of strawberry, strong scents like flowers, Physicians Formula makeup , mint Dislikes: Dark Chocolate, Disney character clothes, Religious Items and Please NO Flamingos. I have more than enough and they are starting to take over. Thanks ! |
