i am so happy i found out about pbs. i have completed the the thomas kinkade cape light series. now i am concentrating on debbie macomber's blossom st. & cedar cove series. my favorite books to read are when the story continues in another book. i have been reading jonathan kellerman's alex delaware novels since he began writing them.

my favorite authors are: jonathan kellerman, faye kellerman, nora roberts, debbie macomber, linda howard, carol o'connell & luanne rice.

i am currently reading the prince of beverly hills by stuart woods. it's a quick read & a great story. now i have another author i have to get more books of. eek! since joining pbs a month ago it has totally taken over my life! i made a notebook of the books i have, moved all the books in the house to have a "read" bookcase, books on my "tradelist" & my tbr which takes up the most shelves.

people ask me why i don't go to the library. our library loans books for 2 weeks (you can renew them, but what a pain) & 2 wks. is just not enough time when i see all of those books! i have some health issues and my life is at the mercy of my body. so i can't know that i can read 5 books in 2 weeks. so i get my own books so i am free to read as many or as few as i can. when i'm in a library or a bookstore, that is how a gambler must feel in las vegas. a few months back the used bookstore in my town was going out of business & i bought 64 books, & would have bought more if i had more money.

i have also enjoyed "meeting people" i bob with. and reading the members' forum. i am on that for hours and i'm NOT reading. i'll have to do better about turning off the computer lol.
