Zen in the Martial Arts should be read by all practicing martial arts or those wishing to begin. It is filled with practical advice that is delivered in small increments. I read several pages at a time and digested what I read. It was well worth the read and worth reading again and again. This is my second copy I ordered because my first fell apart from use.
