For me, the rating of a 'help' book depends on what I do with the information. After chapter 5 I ordered new tennis shoes, started jogging again, and took out a membership at the 'Y'. The book kept getting better. tr

I read it to my 4rd grade class, and sure enough, they started acting like Kindergarteners.
