My husband and I reviewed this book together, thinking it might be wonderful for our teenage son.
Oh, how I'm glad we DID read it first! This is nothing more than a descriptive, written soft-porn book! It details experiences and thoughts in very VIVID words. It's like having a how-to manual.
There isn't anything in this book to help the young man in this battle. This book will only succeed in putting things in their heads that may not have been there to begin with. (example: a teenage boy "pleasing himself" while watching his SIL sleep on the floor- he describes this in detail)
It's a cataloged book of teenage boy's locker room fantasies....in graphic details.
Please, if you are a parent and your son is struggling in this area- READ THIS BOOK BEFORE GIVING IT TO HIM! This is not your best resource for help! There are no winning strategies, no encouragement. Only fodder for his mind.

Every Young Man's Battle, as are all the books from the Every Man series, opens the readers' eyes into a world of self-knowledge. This book is insightful on numerous levels. It is a commendable read for people of all ages, whether you happen to be a young man, a woman, an old man, etc. This book brings teaching, practical, Godly techniques, and hope to the mind of those who read it, especially young men. Please, pass it on to one of your brothers, sons, or brother's in Christ.
