The new Coen Bros. film, "A Serious Man", has quite a bit of Yiddish in the dialogue.  There is a lexicon and more info about the film at www:FilminFocus.com.

(P.S.  The Unitarian Fellowship in Ohio will observe Sukkot on Oct. 4.  A sukkah will be built, and we'll fill it with non-perishable food itmes, which will be donated to the local food bank.)  I'm still in Minnesota, but only for about one week longer, then back to Ohio.
