A Tale of Time City by Diana Wynne Jones, 3/23/2023, 4 stars.  This is a story that builds and builds until the climax where the reader finds Time City falling apart.  The Key characters are Vivian Smith, Sam Lee, and Johnathan Walker.  The two boys return to the 20th century to kidnap Vivian who they believe can save Time City.  Of course, she can't but the three travel through time to accomplish this task.  The story is complex and the ending surprising but exciting.

Braiding Sweetgrass for Young Adults: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants by Robin Wall KimmererMonique Gray Smith, 3/24/2023, 4 stars.
