If you want to learn how to write and get the creative juices flowing, this book is for you! I've worked through it at least three times in the past fifteen years. This is my third copy of the book. It's excellent, like-new condition.

I thought this was a terrific book. If you want to "become" a writer this may be the book for you. This is one I purchased, after it was very highly recommended by people in my writing group. This is one book which will NOT be finding it's way into Paper Back Swap-for me it's a keeper!

Years ago I had this book and really liked it. Lost it so put the word out through PBS and received it. I find her no nonsense advice to be both provoking and energizing. I encourage anyone toying with the idea of seriously pursuing writing to add this to their book shelf.

Natalie Goldberg's Writing Down the Bones is an excellent book for people who want to get started writing but can't seem to get moving with it. She gives lots of encouragement and creative ideas for how to get that pen to paper and let the creative juices begin to flow. Down to earth, practical, with fun personal stories that illustrate the ups and downs of the writer's life.

This book is amazing--pure poetry. I wouldn't be giving this away if I didn't have an extra copy.

Interesting approach to writing. Written 20 years ago, this book has gone through several reprints. This is the newest with a whole new preface and an interview with the author.
