Goes far beyond what we think of as worry. This book would be good for anyone with issues with depression or anxiety issues.

I wish I had had this book when I was first in the throes of panic attacks. Now that I have everything under control, I can read it, recognize myself, and see how far I've come. Much more than any anxiety workbook, this book is very reassuring and a huge help in letting you know why you feel like you do, and what you can do about it. It also helps to know that you're definitely not alone.
