odd book. seems to fit more in with the Philosophy genre than SF. at first i could not get into the story, because it was all about telling me the cool Null-A philosophy. eventually it does settle down into a somewhat fulfilling yarn. i'm hoping that the other two books in the series will fill out the world a bit more.
