Here are my notes for The world is flat 2.0 version:

"anything digitized, automated or transfered can be outsourced."

End goal: digitalization of almost everything.

work and communicate with people any where to any where about any thing (at anytime).

just one global market.

we have to constantly improve.

jobs will go to the best, smartest or cheapest.

lifetime employment is over - it doesn't exist anymore.

end goal of globalization: universal access - same level of services for the poor that the middle class has.
