This is a great book if the person you are working with is a fully mature individual who can take criticism or there is a boss who can report someone who is making the workplace difficult. But if the problem is either THE boss (as in the owner) or your partner in the business who becomes personally offended anytime you bring up even the smallest concern, it doesnt really help. Basically the gist of the book is 1. Dont lose your temper and 2. Confront the person or go to your boss and let them say something or write the person up. It also doesnt help with the resulting backlash from petty, immature people that you have just had to confront. If anyone wants my copy, you can have it.
