I only skimmed the book due to the great sell on the back cover. Things like: Surprising new info about the female anantomy and how it really works, how FSR changes through various stages of life. IT did have a few chapters focusing on female sexual dysfunctions and how to get help. That part was disappointing as I was expecting more about a great sex life after 40 kinda thing.
