Its ok...alot of what we learned from the media is covered. I did like the fact that as someone who knew nothing of the Mormon faith, I put this book down understanding more about it.

I read this book in 2 days. I could not put it down. Most of the information has been reported on national TV. The book still leaves the question, How could he do this to Lori? Great reading.

Excellent "true crime" story of the fairy-tale life and murder of Lori Hacking, by her well-liked and respected, and devout Mormon husband, Mark Hacking.

When Lori Hacking's body was found in a Salt Lake City landfill, everyone discovered the shocking truth: Mark Hacking was not the man he seemed to be....

Interesting true account of Mark Hacking killing his wife after she discovers his deceit and lies.
Although being covered in the media it still gives you a better insite into the investigation and what the police endured in searching for her body. It gives maybe too much descriptive details that I didn't find necessary or have anything to do with the crime but I guess background on the lawyers, etc would be interesting to some people. Interesting information about the Mormon religion if that interests you. Worth reading and it only takes a day.

I didn't think this book was all that great. His lies are exposed. She's upset and angry. He shoots her in the head as she lays sleeping. End of story. Just an open-and-shut case from beginning to end.
