From the national Public Television series Yan Can Cook this is martin Yan's favorite recipes with meyer cookware. This cookbook will show you how to cook using a wok from appetizers and soups to desserts. This will be a great addition to your cookbook collection if you are interested in learning how to cook with a wok.

A friend of mine gave me this book many years ago but I never used it. At the time Martin Yan was a very famous PBS chef and I watched his show religiously.
