Very oversized book with wonderful illustrations!
Who doesn't love The Wizard of Oz? It's great!
A very pretty hardcover edition with many color illustrations
When a cyclone hits her Kansas home, Dorothy and her dog Toto, are whisked away to the magical land of Oz. To find her way back to Kansas, she must follow the yellow brick raod to where the great Wizard lives. Together with her companions the Tin Woodsman, the Scarecrow and the Cowardly Lion, Dorothy embarks on a strange and enchanting adventure, and a journey that takes her to the City of Emeralds.
Dorthy is on her way to the Land of Oz, to find the wizard. Will she find him?
This is a beautiful edition of this book/story. It has a few pictures in it and looks like a collectors book. My book has never even been used so it's like new.
This is the Scholastic Books printing of this classic, printed in February 1974
Abridged version, a 2nd grader could take it on.
