After nearly 500 pages, I actually gave up. (This is a large print version, so there is about 740+ pages.) I even went to the end to see if I could figure out 'what' happened, and I couldn't. I gave it up. nAnd I don't even care what actually happened. Way too long, and it took what seemed like forever to get to the actual 'meat' of the story, only to have it meander again. I was looking forward to this, but this is the second book by Tana French that I gave up on. I think I'll move onto some other author now.
