One of the best books I have read in a long time. Will the magic of "horse therapy" heal the wounds of two families? Can the man whose wife and son were killed by a drunk driver find life and love again? An awesome showing of telling the truth and forgiveness going a long way when trying to deal with the past.

I started reading this book and at first didn't think I would like it, but the more I read , the more I liked it and didn't want to put it down. It was a great story. It has a happy ending.. Don't miss reading this book.

Barclay's romance novel is saved from utter sicky-sweetness by underlying plot lines dealing with the hero's father â a still-powerful man facing the decline of his mental powers â and one centering on the widow's troubled adolescent son. Along the way, secrets are revealed and tears are shed on the way to the foreordained happy ending.
The writing is pedestrian, the two main characters are essentially one-dimensional, and the Florida setting seems to have been chosen because â hey, you gotta set it somewhere, and besides, that's where Barclay lives.
Unless you're a fan of formulaic non-chick-lit romance, this one is about two notches above a Desperation Read.

Really good book. I think its like a horse whisperer remix... It is a heart-string tugger...
OK im not sure if anyone else has ever seen Heartland on Netflix but this book was soo much like that show in so many ways yet it wasnt lol...if that makes any sense.....any book with a cowboy and a bunch of horses is already an awesome book....once I actually had a free day to read it i was hooked.....it has romance, laughter, and sadness....i really did cry and that is not an easy thing to do.
