This is one of the most positive books I have read in quite a while. It has a chapter on failure; what we think it , and what it really is and isn't...awesome! My dealings with nasty situations and people changed dramatically after reading this book. If you apply what you learn in this book, you will see the way you handle situations in a different frame of mind...I absolutely had more confidence in myself; I responded much more calmly which made me more efficent in solving the matter at hand. The scripture reference was excellent also in every chapter. One of John Maxwell's best!!!
