Katherine Jefferts-Schori shares many personal stories that make the reader think about what it truly means to be a Christian. Each chapter is a separate story or theme. Her insight and wisdom are profound. An easily readable but substantive book that can be enjoyed by Episcopalians and non-Episcopalians alike.

A collection of sermons by Katherine printed as she was becoming Presiding Bishop. While not the best collection of sermons I have ever read (I recommend Fleming Rutledge), they are insightful, thoughtful, and faith-filled, and I did make copies of a couple of them to keep. Each one is only 2 to 4 pages long, so a book you can easily read, set down, and pick up again. Also a nice length to use for evening contemplation. Enjoy.
