  "A Window Of Time"

Most friendships have a window of time, regardless if it is a face to face relationship, or over the Internet. We never know how long we have with each person, friend, family member, roommate, classmate, or co-worker. We cannot change the fact that friends are separated by events such as changing jobs, schools, marriage, divorce, moving to new towns, or even death.

So while we have an active friendship… we must give it all we’ve got to make it a “good” experience for all involved. When it is time to part ways regardless if it is suddenly or gradually, both friends should have the feeling that life was made a little richer for having known each other.

Very few friendships last for a lifetime. Indeed it is a rare and a wonderful thing when we find such a relationship. Just remember even “life long” friendships move from one level to another. Those relationships adjust according to the needs and focus of each individual throughout their lives.

It all boils down to...Love and cherish the friends and family while you have them close at hand. There will come a day when you will be separated or will no longer have the influence that you had before. “Love them while you can” so when you are separated their thoughts of you will be fond memories to treasure.
