Interesting account of a very interesting San Francisco man and his relationship with a flock of parrots.

I remember hearing about the Parrots of Telegraph Hill. I watched a show on them and I was intrigued and wanted to read the book. I got a couple pages in and could not take anymore. I wanted to know about the birds not the author. Maybe it is more about the birds further on but the books writing is so dry, I could not push myself to read anymore.

A very amusing, interesting & educational book. The reading will teach, as well as tell a love story about wild parrots. The author is the observer; has written a wonderful account of his experiences with the beautiful wild parrots. A great read.
