10 page section in the middle that gives the book its name, otherwise, the usual Gary Larson collection of 1 window jokes. Even the index is funny.

The usual wonderful Gary Larson weirdness! The first and last sections are random groupings of his cartoons, great fun as always. The middle section is his contribution to an overlooked theme in art history from prehistoric to modern, Wiener Dog Art; includes commentary and analysis that only Larson could provide. Even the index is funny.
