I have read all of Tracy Anne Warren's books and this is the first one that bored me silly. Adam Gresham could not possibly be enthralled with the silly, insipid and shallow Mallory. To pine for over a year for a fiance which she did not know for that long and to be so depressed and lonely with such a large, loving family all around her is beyond my imagination. Her actual prose is well done, but the story line could not keep my interest. I read to page 287 and did not finish. I read so many of these that maybe the triteness of this story got to me.
