From a purely aesthetic point of view, the photos in this book are great! From a concerned animal lover, I have to wonder if this is good for the cats. I convinced myself that these cats love baths and that the artist bathes the kitties right after the photographer finishes his work. I would hate to think that the cats are grooming all of that paint off of themselves, even though there isn't anything toxic about it. If you love art and you love cats, this is the book you NEED on your coffee table. It is one of my favorites of all time.
