Typically, I'll read reviews for a book but not put much weight in them, since it really comes down to a matter of taste. I have to agree with other reviewers on this one, though. Some parts were funny. Some parts were very informative and interesting. But the quirky ramblings exchanged by the authors were like inside jokes that went on way too long. There was too much of this exchange that I'm sure they thought was hilarious, but meant nothing to me except crude commentary. Skip over that, and read the actual questions, and it wasn't bad.
Just the title makes you want to read it. If you ever wondered if you really could light your own fart or what eye boogers were made of, this is your book. Two doctors have answered probably hundreds of questions that we all have probably wondered about but never asked.
The writings between the medical knowledge is funny. The medical knowledge is simplistic -- not for a seasoned medical-trivia buff such as myself.
If you are new to the medical stuff, then you will learn some new things that should propel you into more detailed trivia. If you are looking to add to your library of already-acquired knowledge, then skip it. Too elementary.

This is the kind of book that you can read a page or two at a time, and then return to it much later without difficulty. Interesting at times, but not riveting, by any means. The "conversations" between the authors were a total waste of time and paper. Do yourself a favor and don't bother reading them; they're worse than meaningless.
Love this book. The information in it is valuable and fun to read plus the humor that the authors add makes it such an awesome read I couldnt put it down. Not to mention all the ice breaking possibilities for conversation starters! Great read!
