A co-worker recommended this book, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Whether you are an Admin Assistant or a Surgeon (or any of the other very important members of the medical team), you can take away so much from this book. I had to fly to a funeral while I was reading this book, so it was reassuring all the information on the airline industry improvements. Enjoy!
