I have always loved this author and eagerly read anything he writes. But I truly think he has outdone himself with this book. I could not put it down. I have read many political thrillers, international intrigue and horror novels, I have never been frightened of what could be happening in our world until I read this book. When thinking of some of the things going on in the world today the premise in this book is truly horrifying. If there are truly PM firms in the United States and elsewhere, as Mr. Baldacci tells us in his Author's Note, then it shakes the foundation of everything we read on the Internet and everything we hear on the news. This book is a MUST read.
Great Booko, another masterpeice from Baldacci, I got into the book and oculd not put it down, took about three hours to read

What a great book. I read some early Baldacci then kind of got off into other authors. But have to say I now am eager to read every book he wrote.
The characters, suspense, actions, yet intelligent story line, plus great dialogue that fits the characters, make this a 'must read'!
