Good storyline, lots details of the battle of Waterloo and the effect and atmosphere that London was experiencing.
The intrigue and suspense that everyone was feeling and on top of that a murderer on the loose that was targeting specific people for their roles in the French war.

Not so much Jarvis and Sebastian going head to head this time but still a few good digs in there.
Looking forward to seeing how Gibson does and his recovery.
Wish there was more tension and suspense in this book as there was in the others.
Still a good read.
