Lots of fun to read and Iacocca makes some really good points. Chapter one is particularly good.

Iacocca's no-nonsense style is well served here as he takes a look at the state of American politics, industry, and education. Written in the run-up to the 2008 election, almost everything he says about the problems facing the United States and the leadership qualities needed to help overcome those problems, remains precisely the same today.

Written before the 2008 election, he's not a fan of George W., even though he supported him in 2000. I doubt that he is out with the "Occupy Wall Street" crowd, however. It has a rather self-congratulatory tone to it.

Great points made, but a little preachy and unrealistic. I'd love to see leaders to his standard run for office, but I fear people with those characteristics may be above participating in politics. I'd like to see some solutions proposed.
