Includes chapters on supplies & preparation, emergency measures, how to treat water, growing, hunting, storing & foraging for food, shelter & buildings, first aide, low-tech medicine and healing, clothing & textile preparation, energy - heat & power, metalworking, utensils & storage, making candles - soaps vinegars and glues, and a section on math. If you plan on living off the land, this would be an excellant "bible" to take with you. Quite detailed with lots of diagrams.
