When You Can't Stop by James W. Hall is the 2nd in what appears to be just a two-book series. Having not read the preceding book, I was a little lost as to the backstory and would recommend reading When They Come For You first. That said, I did enjoy the book and would recommend it to fans of the thriller genre. The plot is well conceived and the characters I found to be quite believable. I would give this book 3/5 stars.
