Excellent book that provides a thorough explanation on depression. Describes what depression looks like and how it often manifests as anger and irritability toward a lover.
way out of date! and not to helpful either. printed in 1996 REALLY needs updating. so this book was not what i was thinking it was going to be and like i said not helpful to me or my depressed loved one in this, only in a 1/4th of this book actually is what i needed to read, and it's what i knew already. on to the next book-i'll keep looking and a support group does help, knowing you are not alone when the burden is heavy on those days. friends are a blessing to vent with.i love my husband and this is the journey or path we are on right now,but the cure will come...someday.
