Wow, what a thrilling book! I really didn't know how to comment on this great read, but then I discussed it with my friend Marian on facebook and I figured it out :) The secret that caused the 3 women in this series to be terrorized and hunted down totally stunned me, but this book is the best of the series and answers EVERY question! I had trouble putting this book away, but I needed to sleep so I read this book in two sittings :) I LOOOOOVED how the series concluded in this book, but I did suspect who the guilty person was and this is the type of book where nothing is what it seems to be. After reading this, I didn't read anything for about 3 days just to absorb it all before letting go. The storytelling was just THAT good, finally there is justice for every character!

Jillian Carter left town ten years ago when she saw Senator Frank Hoffman commit murder. Now she's older and determined to return home and gain the evidence she needs to expose the truth of that night. Colton Brady has been looking for Jillian for the past 10 years. Now she's returned and she is as beautiful as ever, but what she's telling him just can't be true, can it? However, someone wants Jillian silenced forever. Colton finds himself needing to protect her and wanting to know the truth. Will they figure it all out or will it be too late?

Under the book description it says, "Get ready for the spine-tingling, nail-biting conclusion to an explosive series." I couldn't have said it better. I was looking forward to Jillian's story and what really happened that night. Jillian and Colton were great, very realistic characters. They each had a strong faith that just felt natural to me. I also liked Meg, who was very cute and made me smile more than once. The action was pretty much non-stop all the way through. There were times I couldn't read fast enough. The author did a wonderful job of bringing everything together at the end. In fact, I loved the ending which had a few unexpected twists that I really didn't anticipate. That's always a plus for me. This is a series that you definitely want to read in order. Each story has a conclusion but leaves you with an unsolved thread. When you read the books back to back it really reads like one big story. I liked that. If you enjoy romantic suspense, The Deadly Reunions Series is one you won't want to miss. Great characters, lots of suspense, sweet romance and, of course, explosions, gunshots and a few dead bodies make this a series you can't put down.

Talk about a twist from what I thought the ending was going to be! A suspenseful conclusion to a three book series that can has kept me on my toes.

I have been waiting for Jillians story for three novels now. She has been the reason and the driving forward behind what our killer has aimed for. It takes courage for her to come back and face the man who she believes to be after her life and the girl doesnt get much of a break!

It seemed with this title, there needed to be an explosion or death threat every couple of chapters to keep the tension level high. After a bit this pace became a bit old, but the romance leveled in was a nice balancing act.

As I mentioned above, the end had a fantastic twist that I didnt see coming for three books. I think it was a surprise for our would-be murderer too. Talk about depravitybut it was interesting and different. Made for a did that really just happen?? moment.

Contemporary suspense with a flair of romance and more than just a pinch of fast finger-flicking through the pages. A weekend read sure to keep you up late to find out who did it.

This review is my honest opinion. Thanks to the publishers for my copy to review.
