"Humor can come from the tienist of places." The author, who earns his living conducting seminars, began as a stand up comedian.
the book begins with the court jester and is a pleasant read wherever one wishes to start. It is divided into how to lighten things up at home, at work, and while traveling abroad. "Tricks" (a few bullet points) end each chapter.
No index, but there are endnotes.
