****Be advised: This is an ADULT book with ADULT themes.****

I do not know why Zindel chose to stray from his usual, successful children's and young adult's books to write this insanely graphic and descriptive novel of a misogynistic killer. Some scenes in this book you will NEVER be able to unread. I get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach whenever I smell sour milk now - and it's not because of the odor of the milk.

Recommended only if you like descriptive slaughter, disgusting sex, and vivid masturbation in a novel.
