Interesting story that had quite a few likeable characters in it. I just didn't get as into it as I thought I would. It was hard for me to picture the characters and the setting. I'm guessing it was because I didn't know what most of the mythical creatures were and had a hard time finding them when doing an internet search. Then the setting wasn't very detailed for me. So it was like reading about what characters are doing but not seeing them do it... if that makes sense. I was also very interested in Baba Yaga. I love tales centered around this witch. Sadly, she appeared at the end and had a brief interaction. All in all it was an okay read. Maybe would have been better if it was longer.
