Mr. Hofheimer is a co-founder of Hofheimer/Ferrebee, P.C., a five-lawyer law firm dedicated to representing women only in divorce and custody matters. Married 42 years to nationally-recognized child advocate and paralegal, Diane Wilson Hofheimer, Charlie and Diane have been featured in an award winning documentary, Small Justice, created as a result of Diane's relentless commitment to children in difficult child sexual-abuse custody cases.
