Very good book. I read it in 2 days.
Another good read from this author.
Stephanie Laurens writes great romance books, and this is no exception. This is another of the Cynster family books. They are very intertaining.
This book was ok. It would have been better if it was about 100 pages shorter. Way too wordy.
what a fantastic book.couldn't put it down
Dillon Caxton, protege of Demon Cynster, is disillusioned with love. Blessed with wealth, status, and stunning good looks, he has no time for marriage-hungry misses. As a guardian of the "Sport of Kings" he has a daring criminal scheme to thwart-one that threatens to wreak havoc on the thoroughbred racing world.
Enter ravishingly beautiful Lady Priscilla Dalloway. She, too, has no time for romance-she has to rescue her horse-mad twin brother from the dangerous swindle in which he's become embroiled. But the man holding the key to finding her twin is Dillon-who allows her to believe he is immune to her charms.
The lady is Dillon's only lead to the criminals, and Pris will do anything to save her twin, including seducing the said-to-be unseducible. Linked in a journey riddled with danger and passion, they find themselves facing that terrifying question: What price love!

I absolutely loved this book! I have read it several times. The characters make you love them with their flaws and strengths. I would absolute recommend this book to anyone who is into historical romances!
Great story! Love the Cynster series
I waited for this book and was very excited to read the next Cynster novel, but it was a huge disappointment. I consider this a sub-par Cynster, like On a Wild Night. The mystery plot was not engaging at all and the details of horse racing overwhelmed the story at times. The characters made completely non-sensical decisions just to prolong the story and it became very annoying. I skimmed the middle of the book and my attention was only re-engaged when Priscilla and Dillon were back in London and he learned her true identity. Otherwise, I thought that the preview for the 14th Cynster at the back of the book was a better read than the entire 13th book.
One of the best in the Cynster series.
She always provides interesting plot-lines to go along with her appealing characters. This one doesn't disappoint.

I thought that it was a good book. It had to do with the Cynster line.
I'm not a huge Stephanie Laurens fan, her style gets a little over written at times, and I find myself skimming the pages.
This book was okay. Interesting plot.
This book was okay. Interesting plot.
this book was okay. The characters thoughts were repeated too much. I skipped alot of pages when the characters were "thinking about their situations"
A Cynster Novel...which says it all. Everyone of the books in this series has strong characters and a plot which includes hot romance, sub-plots, new characters you wonder when you will learn more about and, of course, foiling the evil plot. Satisfying as always.
Very good.
I was so pleased to find another Cynster book and look forward to the next one. Fun Characters!
Great historical romance fulled with great, STEAMY scenes. The author did a wonderful job creating the chemistry between the main characters - Dillion and Pris.
