This book was a fun fiction read. Not a romance, not a thriller, just some great Chick-Lit. I laughed, maybe I cried. (I don't remember!) Another book that I couldn't put down!
This was a great book! Anybody have the sequels? :-)

I don't usually like chick lit. I didn't expect to really like this book - but I really did. I sat up late and read this book in one day. I've added several more books by this author to my WL. This is a really good book.
This was a very cute, fun romantic comedy.

This is Christian chick-lit. Being annoyed with chick-lit that passes as literature, I thought this would be a welcome change. There is no sex, which really didn't bother me at all. Whenever I read sex scenes in regular chick-lit, I have to laugh. These authors are trying so hard to be Jackie Collins and - sorry, ladies - ain't gonna happen! Also, the fact that the main character, Ashley, was a lawyer and NOT in an underpaid job in the entertainment field was another welcome surprise. With that said, the story was so-so. There are sequels, ladies, but I didn't bother. After about 100 pages, I lost interest.

Great fun read, can not wait to read the next one!
I really enjoyed this book and couldn't wait to read the next in the series
Fun quick read.I plan to read the rest in the series.
Initially the main character Ashley was a bit whiney and annoying, really beating a dead horse over her single status. However, I do remember what it was like to be pushing 30 and no man in sight, so I was probably annoying also.
She does get over it. The book has two lovely male characters, a quirky family, and assorted friends and associates who seem real enough to speak.

Read this AND then read she's out of control by the same author. Easy read..... nice book for a plane ride or on the beach.

Ever felt like the last item left on the clearance rack?
As a successful patent attorney, Ashley Stockingdale has all the makings of a perfect catch-the looks, the brains, even a convertible. But at 31, she's beginning to wonder if she's been passed over for good.
Deciding to adopt a new attitude, Ashley suddenly becomes the romantic interest of three men within a matter of days. While her heart enjoys turning the tables on the dating game, the rest of her previously predictable world is being turned upside down, is it more than Ashley can handle? Or is it exactly what she wants?
Award-winning Kristin Billerbeck combines comedy with spunk to create a memorable story in What a Girl Wants-an all-too-realistic picture of a single girl's search for being content with who she is... with or without a man.
