Moody Blues: absolutely adore their sound; wildest dreams is one of my favoritest of all times; Juice Newton: Love's been a little bit hard on me, & her Queen of hearts; Anne Murray (all) but Can I have this dance?  holds a special place; Don Williams: great country singer; You're my best friend; Andy Kim Rock me gently (song they made the jeep commercial to); neil diamond: everything the man ever sang: but Thank the Lord for the Nighttime; Cat Stevens: Peace Train & Wild World & Moonshadow; Abba Take a chance on me, & everything they ever sang;

I like anything by Gath Brooks especially Friends in Low Places. I also like most of Rascal Flatts. Then there is always Alabama they are just great. Saw them 3 time inthree different states. If it is country I will probably like it.

Rick Springfield  Hottest 60 something I know of!  I've had a crush on him since I was 14! (that's been a while!)  I still turn the radio up and sing at the top of my lungs every time I hear Jesse's Girl!

Right now I've gotten into Bowling For Soup.  Their video for "When we die" makes me cry.  I listen to "High School Never Ends" on my way to work, because I swear sometimes my office makes me feel like I'm right back in High School with all the HS drama and stuff.  LOL

    Songs I like the best, but in no particular order:

1.  "Iris"=  Goo Goo Dolls (favorite all-time song)

2.  "That's Why They Call It the Blues"=  Elton John (favorite oldie by a male artist)

3.  "I Can't Make You Love Me"=  Bonnie Raith [I think] (favorite oldie by a female artist)

4.  "Savin' Me"= Nickelback (favorite male band)

5.  "So I Thought"= Flyleaf (favorite female band)

6.  "LoveStoned"= Justin Timberlake (favorite male artist)

7.  "Diary" & "Why Do I Feel So Sad"= Alicia Keys (favorite female artist)

8.  "Faithfully"= Journey (favorite 80's band)

9.  "Famous Last Words"= My Chemical Romance (honorable mention)

0.  "In My Place"= Coldplay (honorable mention)

    I could mention a lot more, but these are some of my most favorite songs!

The Doors, Janis Joplin, Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, Jefferson Airplane, Heart, Nirvana, Hole, older Aerosmith, Led Zepplin,Gary Alan, GnR,  my list goes on, and on. I could fill up this whole forum, we are big music lovers in our house, my husband tends to lean more on the country music side (which I'm not particularly a fan of). But we both love our classic rock, he often tells me I was born in the wrong decade. Music today, I'm sorry but it really stinks, its so over processed, and superficial, everything sounds the same.
