I was very disappointed with Kenyon and York. Having read other books by them, I felt that this did not live up to their usual quality. Please don't judge these authors by these stories. This was just bad.

This was my first romance novel (or rather, my first 3 romance short stories).
I found the first story by Sherrilyn Kenyon highly unentertaining and somewhat boring. The second two authors, Rebecca York and, my all-time favorite author, Robin D. Owens to have an amazing imagination and a great connection with the reader. This book was truly a great, quick read. If you're looking for something short, simple, and to the point...this is it. If not, you'd better find a longer novel so that the romance seems neverending.

I have to agree with most of the other reviews - I love Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series have read them all, but I must say that this story is as close to a sleeping pill as you can get without actually taking one:-(

This book contains three short stories. I'm very familiar with Kenyon's writing and really enjoyed this story but it is not connected to any of her series. I read Owen before and like her, I thought this was the best story of the bunch. I had not read york before but will look for her in the future, her story was very imaginative.

This contains three magical love stories, one each by Sherrilyn Kenyon, Rebecca York, and Robin D. Owens.
I thought Sherrilyn Kenyon's was quite good, no surprise there, but I actually enjoyed Rebecca York's the most and had no idea this author was so gifted. Although this is her first writing that I've read, she really has a gift for description and drew me into the story. The final story, by Robin D. Owens was average in my opinion; not quite enough action, and as hard as it is to get adequate character depth in a short story, she didn't quite make it with this one.

I was a little let down by Kenyon's story, it wasn't as good as some of her other short stories have been. The other two are really good. I'd still recommend.

Knightly Dreams: Betrayed by love, Taryn doesn't believe in heroes-until a bare-chested hero literally steps out of her paperback romance and into her heart. Is her mind playing beautiful tricks? Or has her fantasy become a reality?
Shattered Dreams: Who wants to harm Miranda? The answer to that question lies in the psychic visions of her former lover-astonishing revelations that could reunite them forever or plunge them both into jeopardy.
Road of Adventure: In life, Jake and Shauna were destined for love, until a twist of fate changed everything. Now, with otherwordly help, they have one more chance to prove it's possible. If they heed the lessons they learned on earth.
